At SHE, all products are custom-made on demand specifically for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

We offer a free replacement or full refund if:

Your item arrives damaged or defective

Your item has a print error

You received the wrong item

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
